A day-by-day outline with the growers, the rooms and the restaurants, and two rounds of changes.

I book
Cellar visits, tables, drivers, tastings that aren’t on any website. You get one document with everything in it.

You go
I’m on the phone if a train is late, a cellar is shut, or you want somewhere better for lunch.

What it costs
A planning fee, then your own budget
Planning starts at £650 for a long weekend and £1,200 for a week, whatever the trip ends up costing. I don't take commission from the places I recommend, which is exactly why I can recommend them honestly.
