01 · Wine retreats
Six days, eight people, one region
Family cellars, long lunches, no coaches. I keep groups to eight so we’re guests rather than a tour, and so the winemaker sits down with us.

Wine retreats · supper clubs · private trips
Small-group retreats through Europe’s quieter wine regions, pairing dinners with a chef I trust, and private trips built around the way you actually like to travel.
The idea
Wine tastes different when you’ve met the person who made it, and better still when you’re not the one driving.

02 · Food & wine dinners
Six courses, six pours, twenty seats. I write the list, my chef writes the menu, and you leave knowing why each pairing worked.

03 · Private wine trips
For couples, friends and families who want the doors opened but not the itinerary imposed. I plan it, book it, and stay on the phone while you’re there.

The host
I’ve spent the last decade following harvests, learning the languages badly, and building the kind of relationships that get you invited into the cellar rather than the tasting room. Roam with Red is what came of it: trips and dinners where the wine has a name attached, and where nobody is made to feel like they should already know more.
You don’t need to know the vintages. You just need to be curious, hungry, and happy to sit at a table with seven people you haven’t met yet.
